Colorado Overflow Solutions LLC

We buy surplus industrial parts and MRO inventory

We purchase surplus, obsolete, slow-moving and excess spare parts from Colorado manufacturers, maintenance departments and contractors. A few shelves of replacement parts or a complete maintenance crib. We buy the whole lot.

No spreadsheet. No parts list. A few photos is enough to start.

You do not have to inventory it

Nobody has time to catalog a parts room. Send photos of the shelves and pallets and we will take it from there.

We come to the facility

For anything substantial we prefer to walk the storeroom ourselves, count what is there and price it on the spot.

We take the whole lot

Shelves, cabinets, pallets, bins and cribs. You are not left holding the parts nobody wanted.

We move fast when space is the problem

If a line is being reconfigured or a building has a hard move-out date, we can schedule removal quickly.

What We Buy

If it lived in a maintenance storeroom, we are interested

New, used, new-old-stock and obsolete. Boxed or unboxed. Working or untested. We buy across every category below, and we buy them mixed together.

Automation and controls

PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, HMIs, I/O modules, industrial network hardware.

Electrical

Circuit breakers, contactors, relays, power supplies, starters, panel components.

Mechanical power transmission

Motors, pumps, gear reducers, couplings, belts, sprockets, chain.

Bearings and maintenance stock

Bearings, seals, gaskets, fasteners, lubrication and general crib consumables.

Hydraulics

Cylinders, pumps, valves, manifolds, hose, fittings and power units.

Pneumatics

Cylinders, valves, actuators, FRLs, regulators, tubing and air prep.

HVAC and process control

Controllers, actuators, transmitters, valves and building automation components.

Sensors and instrumentation

Photoeyes, proximity and limit switches, encoders, gauges, test equipment.

Cutting tools and tooling

End mills, inserts, holders, drills, taps and machine shop perishables.

Complete storerooms

Maintenance cribs, parts rooms, shelving, cabinets, bins and palletized inventory, bought as one lot rather than picked over.

Brands we see most often

Allen-Bradley · Siemens · Eaton · Square D · ABB · Schneider · Omron · SMC · Festo · Parker · SKF · Timken · Baldor · Banner · Turck · Phoenix Contact · Fanuc · Danfoss · Honeywell · Yaskawa

Not on the list is not a problem. If it came off a plant floor, ask us.

How It Works

Five steps, and four of them are ours

The whole point is that selling surplus should not become another project for your maintenance team.

  1. 01

    Reach out

Call, email or fill in the short form below. Tell us roughly what you have and where it is. A parts list is not necessary.

  2. 02

    Send a few photos

Photos of the shelves, pallets, cabinets or a representative handful of parts tell us most of what we need to know.

  3. 03

    We come look

For a substantial inventory we schedule a site visit and evaluate the material in person, at your facility, on your schedule.

  4. 04

    You get an offer

In many cases we can price the lot during the visit. If it needs a closer look, you hear back quickly with a number.

  5. 05

    We clear it out

We handle labor, packing and transport. When the timing is critical, same-day removal may be possible depending on size and location.

Cribs and Storerooms

Storeroom cleanouts and full crib buyouts

Plant closing. Line retooled. Two decades of spares for equipment that left the building years ago. A parts room that has quietly become storage. These are the jobs we are built for.

We buy the room as it stands, including the shelving and bins if you want them gone, and we do not ask you to separate the good from the dead first. That sorting is our job, not yours.

  • Plant closures and consolidations
  • Equipment retired or lines reconfigured
  • Obsolete spares tying up crib space
  • Facility moves with a hard deadline
  • Inventory write-downs and year-end cleanup
  • Contractors clearing shop and yard stock

The short version

You point at the room. We price the room. We empty the room.

Where we go

Denver and the Front Range regularly. Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Greeley, Fort Collins, Grand Junction and the Western Slope by arrangement. If the lot is worth the drive, we make the drive.

Proof

What we are moving right now

We are not a broker and we are not a marketplace. We buy inventory outright and we resell it ourselves. This is a live feed of what is currently listed in our store.

About

A Colorado buyer, not a listing site

Colorado MRO Buyers is the acquisition side of Colorado Overflow Solutions LLC. We help businesses turn excess inventory and equipment that no longer fits their operation into cash, and we resell that material ourselves through our own storefront.

That matters for one reason. When you sell to us, you are dealing with the party writing the check. There is no consignment, no commission, no waiting on someone else's buyer, and no auction where you find out what your parts were worth after the fact.

We are local, we answer the phone, and we would rather come look at the material than trade emails about it.

Tell us what you have

Two minutes is genuinely enough. Fill in what you know, leave the rest blank, and we will follow up with questions rather than making you guess.

Shelves, pallets or a representative handful of parts. Phone photos are fine.

We use this to evaluate your inventory and nothing else. No list, no resale of your information.
